Inclusive Housing
Let’s work together to create safe and affordable places for us all to live, work, and enjoy. It is imperative we continue to explore innovative housing solutions and leverage proven partners to accomplish this. We need to ensure everyone including our teachers, first responders, and seniors can all enjoy the benefits of living in Dublin.
Small Business Support
Enhancing upon what we have in place as well as attracting new business should be our goal. As city councilmember, I see the importance in needing a valuable center of activity in Dublin, to act as a catalyst to direct growth within our existing urban footprint - to promote a more active and viable lifestyle.
Environmental Sustainability
Environmental sustainability is critical to keep our community developing, for current and future generations. Protecting the environment by focusing on vacant lot (in-fill) redevelopment, pushing for up-to-date and accurate environmental impact reports. As a Planning Commissioner, I have pressed for updated assessments, so we can understand and mitigate environmental damage.

Kashef Qaadri has always believed there is only one way to achieve goals and make a difference, to roll up his sleeves, find a solution, and get the job done. He has delivered on this mantra throughout his career at several growth-stage and established companies. Kashef currently serves in and has previously held multiple leadership roles including business development (partnerships), commercial operations (profit and loss (PNL) responsibilities, and product development. Kashef will leverage his vast and deep business experience to drive stronger fiscal responsibility, collaborate with neighboring cities/towns, and employ smart solutions - all working toward his goal of boosting the livelihoods of Dublin residents.
