Meet Kashef
Kashef Qaadri was born in Washington, D.C., and has lived in the Bay Area for the last 15 years. In his free time he enjoys spending time with his family, playing tennis, and running. Between enjoying Dublin dining, shopping, and the beautiful parks that Dublin has to offer, he is proud to call Dublin his home!

Currently, Kashef Qaadri, serves in the following roles:
- Dublin Planning Commission, Alternate Commissioner
- Alameda County Public Health Commission, Commissioner
- Dublin Unified School District Citizen Bond Oversight Committee, Committee Member
- Amador Elementary School Site Council, Vice-President
- Economic Development Committee, Dublin Chamber of Commerce, Member
- Dublin High School BioMed Academy, Mentor
Kashef Qaadri has always put importance on giving back to his community. During his time in the Bay Area, he has served in multiple areas, specifically in community leadership, and organizing (Planning Commission, School Site School, and Advisory Committees), providing equitable medical, vision, and dental care, focusing on underserved areas. He has also been prominent in shaping the future for our youth through coaching, teaching and mentoring in STEM. His passion and commitment to service will continue to improve the lives of Dubliners!
Kashef Qaadri is currently an executive at a local life sciences research company, where he leads software strategy. Throughout his successful career, Kashef has served in multiple leadership roles including business development, commercial operations, strategic planning, and product development. Kashef will leverage his vast and deep business experience to drive stronger fiscal responsibility, collaborate with neighboring cities/towns and services, and employ smart technology/solutions, all working towards his goal of improving the livelihoods of his fellow Dubliners.
